James Alexander

James gained a BA Hons in Applied Arts at Bournemouth University, where he became fascinated by glassblowing under the tuition of Rob Marshall.

Since then he has worked for numerous studios which include Peter Layton’s London Glassblowing, Michael Ruh’s Studio, Simon Moore’s Studio and James Adlington’s Exmoor Glass as well a demonstrator at the Nationaal Glas Museum in Leerdam Holland.

"My main source of inspiration comes from the beautiful scenery around where I was brought up in Cornwall."
